O Dia Internacional dos Museus, criado pelo ICOM – Conselho Internacional de Museus, celebra-se anualmente a 18 de maio. Como tal, o Município de Arganil associa-se a esta comemoração e oferece neste dia, a entrada no Museu do Piódão, na Aldeia Histórica de Piódão.
