The Routes and Roots promotes rural development, enhancing the resources and local knowledge, through Thematic walking routes, guided tours, observation of flora and fauna. Provides programs "know-how": Bake bread, preparation of liqueurs, candy confection and regional cakes, vintage, fruit picking, shearing, cutting and mesh rye.
